## 1. Ingredients
1. Egg(5)
2. Onion (1/2)
3. Tomato (2)
4. Ginger
5. Garlic
6. Green Chilli
7. Corriander Powder
8. Chilli Powder
9. Green Chilli
10. Red Chilli
11. Tamarind
12. Fennel seeds
13. Cumin
14. Curry Leaves
15. Corriander Leaves
16. Butter/Ghee
## 2. Procedure
1. Add oil and add fennel, corriander, dry chillies, ginger, green chlllies, onions, tomatores, green chillies, curry leaves and tamarind. Let the onions cook for a little
2. Add turmeric, chilli powder, corriander powder, salt after the onions cooked a little. Cook for a minut
3. Grind the mixture
4. Add oil, fennel seds, curry leaves, red chillies, and add the ground mixture. Let it cook a little andn then add water.
5. After the mixture is cooked add a little cocunut milk. Add cooked eggs. Add ghee, corriander leaves and turn off.
## 3. How was it?
I forgot to add the coconut milk. But it still truned pretty good. The masalas cooked ok but it could have cooked a little longer to remove a tinge of rawness. Its worth repeating.
